Dr. Erin is a wonderful doctor and person. She is very easy to talk to and she listens to my concerns and it shows in how she takes her time to make sure my chart has her notes. She double checks my medicine and reviews my exam results with me. I like that she gives recommendations that I need to increase my health and wellness. Dr. Erin is is a great Doctor.

The staff was very friendly. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to be called. The nurse was thorough in her assessment. The lab team was very good. Dr. H was wonderful. She listened to me asked lots of questions and provided excellent care.

Dr. Erin is an excellent listener. She takes excellent care of her patients. She researches my history before prescribing medications. She’s very thorough. she’s an excellent doctor who CARES. I’ve been a patient at this practice for 25+ years- if that’s an indication of how happy I am.

I really enjoy Dr. Erin Hekmatpour, M.D. at Autumn Road. She is attentive, very knowledgeable and listens to all of my questions and concerns. She very personable and has a sense of humor. I couldn’t have asked for a better PCP and experience. I know I am cared for when I visit Autumn Road Health Clinic. The staff is friendly and supportive.

The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted politely. Everyone in the front office was nice and kind. When I was called to get vitals done, the young lady was kind to me. Dr. Erin Hekmatpour, came into the room, very comfortable and said we’re going to get to know each other. First time meeting her and I am so impressed. She allowed me to talk as long as I wanted…no rush. 😃 Now time for blood to be drawn, I was stuck 3 times (my fault…my veins) the woman was so patient and kind to me. She got it done. Happy and satisfied with my visit. Rose

Showing up early like asked, didn't have to wait long before name was called.When taken to the back to see DR nurse did what she does and everything fell in place without a lot of waiting time also.DR Erin always nice, she over paper work that you need to think about before something really serious happens to you. Went to the lab and there was a friendly atmosphere to help with 💉 pain while blood is drawn.Got in and got out. .

Dr Erin Hekmatpour has been my primary care physician for several years. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and is both a great listener and communicator - especially for women’s health issues…including hormones, diet and overall health and wellbeing. Scheduling and online check-ins are a breeze, with convenient text reminders for appointments. Two thumbs WAY up!
